With strategic considerations, YIEH PHUI establishes SHIN YANG STEEL CO., LTD., mainly in charge of steel pipe manufacturing and sales.
Thank you for your generous support over the years. Due to the consideration of operational strategies, YIEH PHUI spin off the Pipe Business Division into a new company: SHIN YANG STEEL CO., LTD. (hereinafter called SHIN YANG). YIEH PHUI holds 100% of SHIN YANG's shares. SHIN YANG mainly deals with steel pipe manufacturing and sales. We have acquired the approval for the setup of the Company Limited on February 15th, 2011 from the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C. SHIN YANG's address is No. 297, Yuliao Road, Qiaotou District, Kaohsiung City 82544, Taiwan (R.O.C.), and it officially operates on March 1st, 2011.
